Left Mouse Button Move Character to Location
Right Mouse Button Attack, Open Door, Talk, Smash, etc.
F1 - F10 Select Spell 1 - 8
F11 Drink Health Potion
F12 Drink Mana Potion
G Game Menu
Q Quests
M Map
C Statistics
S Spell \ Skill List
B Spell \ Skill Selection
I Inventory Dropdown
R Character Resistances Dropdown
Ctrl 1- 5 Store current weapon configuration
1 - 5 Return to stored weapon configuration
2. The game crashes on startup.

Check that you do not have the program "netmeeting" running in the background.

3. Does the game come with a Map Editor?

Dungeon Odyssey comes with a Tile Editor and a Map Generator. These are accessible by running DungOdy.exe with the command line parameters "-mapgen" or "-tilegen". Since Dungeon Odyssey creates randomly generated maps, you cannot simply draw out the entire map. You create maps by drawing 15x15 sections of map (called Tiles) and then the game will compile these together to create the full map. The Tile Editor allows you to create the tiles, and the Map Generator allows you to randomly generate a map from a Tiles file.

4. How do you eat?

There is a box in your inventory (to the left of your head) which has a loaf of bread and a drumstick in it. To eat food, just pick up a piece of food from your inventory, and drop it into this box. You will hear a gulping sound as you consume the food.

5. I can't get my character to attack at all. I have a weapon in hand, but when I right click on a monster, nothing happens. What's going on?

In the main window, there are 10 spell ready boxes in the bottom right of the window. When you click on one of these spell buttons, you will turn it green meaning that this spell is ready for casting. If you then right-click on the main display, you will cast the selected spell.

Unfortunately, sometimes people accidentally select one of these buttons while they're playing. This will make it so that you cannot attack with the right-click since the game thinks you are trying to cast a spell. Just unselect the green highlighted button to be able to attack normally again. We will be adding some improvements to this in the next patch.
